Always Choose Love - a Poem by Rumi

Choose love, choose love, always choose love!
as you've already seen,
life without the joy love is a huge burden.
A life without love is no life at all.
Love is the water of life for the heart and soul of a lover.
Anyone without love, is a fish without water.
Anyone without love, is dry as a dead
even if being the highest-ranking minister.
Anyone whose arterial pulse doesn't move by love,
is ignorant like a donkey
even if being wise like Plato.
The worst imaginable death
is dying without ever knowing love.
What's the worst fear of an oyster?
Losing its beloved pearl.
Rumi.
