The Shams Ensemble is an Iranian musical group performing traditional Persian Sufi music. It's is one of the pioneers of introducing Persian Gnostic and Mystical music to the world. Performing traditional Sufi and Classical Persian music with Tanbour (Persian stringed instrument), Daf (frame Drum), and percussion instruments, the Shams Ensemble has performed at over 300 international venues.
