Sami Yusuf, Music With Meaning

As a huge fan of Sami Yusuf, what I like most about this extremely talented British Muslim singer-songwriter is not only his unapologetic and proud artistic displaying of his faith, Islam, through his nasheed fused songs, but also his courageous act of expressing the genuine thoughts, feelings, and humanistic essences of billions of law abiding, tolerant, and God loving Muslims as opposed to submitting himself to the typical negative Muslim stereotypes so embedded these days in our mainstream biased media. Born in Iran of Azeri parents and raised in England, Sami Yusuf is not noly a trained classical singer who plays several instruments, but he also sings in English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, and Urdu.
